Family Medical Leave Act Update
December 17, 2008 - Contrary to claims made by other poster companies, the poster for the revised Family and Medical Leave Act is not yet available. The new law has been published in the Federal Register and the effective date of the changed law is January 16, 2009. There are changes to the FMLA poster and we anticipate a new poster to be available some time prior to 1/16/09. If you have a total of 50 or more employees you will want to update your labor law posters at all your locations. Feel free to give us a call or send an email if you have questions on how this will effect your company's labor law notification compliance.
